🦉 Owl Be Reading Review: Matilda by Roald Dahl 📚 Hoot Factor – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely brilliant book! Matilda is one of the cleverest and most inspiring characters I’ve ever read about. I loved how she used her quick thinking (and a little bit of magic!) to stand up to her horrid parents and the terrifying Miss Trunchbull. The story was funny, exciting, and full of moments that made me want to cheer for Matilda and Miss Honey. It’s the perfect mix of mischief and magic! 🎨 Owl-some Illustrations – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quentin Blake’s illustrations are simply wonderful! His scratchy, lively drawings capture every hilarious and dramatic moment, from Matilda reading her huge pile of books to Trunchbull’s wild temper tantrums! 💡 Little Owl’s Takeaway – ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Knowledge is power, and kindness is the greatest kind of strength. 💬 Hoot or Boot? – 5/5 Hoots – Magical Mischief Hoot! A timeless tale that shows even the smallest and smartest person can make the biggest difference. An absolute must-read for book lovers everywhere!

Book details

These books gave Matilda a hopeful and comforting message: you are not alone. Matilda is a brilliant child with a magical mind. But her parents have decided she's just a nuisance who wastes too much time on reading and stories. And her headmistress Miss Trunchbull is a terrible bully, who thinks children are rotten and awful and should be locked up. Now it's time for Matilda to find the power to change her story, and show them just how extraordinary children can be . . .
